Gig marketplaces help venues discover individual performers. Amplify helps venues and bookers run the entire entertainment operation — including the performers and relationships they already have.

Built around your programme, not a job board

Private roster first. The wider marketplace is a last resort, only if you enable it.

Plan the programme

Recurring nights, a clear budget and your preferred performers, set once.

Controlled invitations

Amplify offers your slot to your roster first — a fixed fee, never a bidding war, never a public applicant count.

Protected against cancellations

A member drops out or an act cancels — Amplify finds approved cover fast, with a full audit trail.

Venues & bookers

Keep the performers you trust.

Amplify organises the schedule around them and finds suitable cover when you need it — without forcing every gig onto a public marketplace.

Musicians & bands

No bidding. No endless application pile.

Manage your existing work and receive relevant, limited opportunities from suitable venues — useful even before you win a single new gig.

Bookers

Run every venue from one dashboard.

Manage every venue, roster, budget and booking from one operational dashboard — you only ever see the venues you manage.

Autopilot (Amplify Pro)

Set your budget and preferences once. Amplify proposes the week.

Rules-based scheduling — not a black box — uses your approved performers first, checks availability and budget, avoids repetition, and shows why each performer was recommended. You approve it in one tap.

Amplify Cover

Never scramble for last-minute cover again.

A drummer drops out or a whole act cancels. Amplify captures the reason, checks trusted substitutes, then your roster, then a small trusted-cover network — and confirms cover fast. Line-up, Gig Pack and payment split update automatically.

I used to spend Monday mornings texting bands. Now I approve the week in one tap — and I never lose the acts I already trust.

Rachel Orr, Bay & Anchor Group · fictional demo user

Our drummer broke his wrist on a Thursday. The dep was confirmed by Friday lunchtime, and the fee never changed.

Danny McCrea, Harbour Lights · fictional demo user

No bidding, no chasing invoices. I see the fee up front and get on with the gig.

Frequently asked questions

Is Amplify a gig marketplace?

No. Gig marketplaces help venues discover individual performers. Amplify helps venues and bookers run the entire entertainment operation — including the performers and relationships they already have. An open marketplace exists for uncovered demand, but it's a last resort, not the centre of the product.

What does it cost?

Musicians: always free — profiles, invitations, availability, acts, line-ups and bookings, with no percentage taken from your fee. Venues: a 30-day pilot, then Amplify Core (£99/venue/month) or Amplify Pro (£199/venue/month, includes Autopilot). Multi-site and booker pricing: contact Amplify.

Do musicians bid for gigs?

No. Venues set a clear fixed fee for each gig, shown throughout invitation, acceptance and payment. Amplify never allows lower bids to win a slot.

What happens if an act cancels?

Amplify Cover captures the reason and notice period, checks trusted substitutes and your approved roster, then a small trusted-cover network, and confirms cover fast. The booking is updated — never cancelled and reposted from scratch.

Which cities are supported?

Belfast first. The platform is city-aware, so new cities can be switched on without rebuilding anything.
